You could smell it a block away. Frat house next door is set up for a party too. It’s probably tonight and they have the band stage set up. Glad I don’t live near these places.

This makes me glad I don’t go to a real college.

Any frat worth their salt should already have pledges or shinies cleaning that shit up by this hour!

In a real college, there would already be hungover bros cleaning it up.

This is why 2 neighborhoods got together and some big legal players to fight the construction of a new frat house.
Most are clumped together in this part of town but there was a big empty lot on the other end of town. Both sides fought hard in court and the fraternity lost. It’s now an office building.

This is why I don’t want to lol

When I was in college and my friends were pledges (I never was), the pledges weren’t allowed to drink and had to stay up to clean up. A mess this bad never made it to morning. It wasn’t spotless but they were up in the morning for finishing touches. After acceptance there was a rotating schedule for who was DD and clean up crew until the next pledge class. Basically worked off seniority. This was a flat out disgrace.
The spring game is today so the town is about to be flooded with people coming to see football and they’ll be greeted with that.

UGA. I can't say I've been around every frat house the morning after but I can say this is the worst I've seen.

where I go at Missouri State they don’t even let them party on campus, they have more or less party houses they go to off campus.

No ma’am. That is hazing, and hazing is WRONG. We here at Chi...
Wait, oh sorry, I was having a flashback of my fraternity days. Yes yes, get the pledges out there!

Looks like they had a good time.
What's the problem? Do you not like alcohol and fun times?

That would be my fraternity.

No. I'm all for it. I'm not for the smell of stale beer and vomit in the morning and trash flowing out into the street.

Really?

Yeah yeah, the aftermath sucks.

I’m pretty sure it is. Not my chapter, but my fraternity. Their original chapter house was condemned because the university wanted the land, the school bought them out, and they are almost done building a new house? Am I correct in that story?

WHOAH BRO, WHO DO YOU KNOW HERE BRO?

Not condemned. The university paid millions to terminate their lease early. But yeah, otherwise, yes.

This is what the entire town of Gainesville looks like after a football game.
